I want to reduce these hackers so the server can be fair and nice to play on.

Yes. If my friend have done something bad I would give him the same punishment as anyone.
Say somebody joined the server, started making accusations about hacking us, What would you do?:
Mute him and talk to him alone.
If a player comes in and is being very racist how would you react?:
Mute and kick him.
Explain how ,why , and what you would use the commands /slap /god /kick /ban for.?
/slap are for the people that is bunnyhoping all the time.
When using the /god cmd you can't die. A really god CMD if you are making a DM event and you don't want to be killed.
/kick if the player is annoying and irritating.
/ban if the player have got several warnings or is flaming everybody on the server, hacking or insulting a admin very hard.
When you receive a report, What would you do?:
TP to the player and see what I can do to help him.
Say there was a bug with the server, A large one and its effecting everybody playing, What would you do?:
Talk to the script to fix the bug and close down the server until it's fixed.
